My Sweet Sister Friend, Helen,
My Birthday Buddy. We always celebrated our birthdays together with our Sisterhood of Queens. This past January we were unable to celebrate, but the plan was that we would celebrate next January (2025) However, God needed you back to be one of our Angels, so He called you home. My heart wasn’t ready 💔 but I know you are at rest and you’re not suffering or in pain, so that brings me peace. I will always remember our deep conversations sprinkled with jokes and so much laughter. You, Helen, was a rare treasure that I called my SisterFriend. I will celebrate our birthdays every year. You will always be remembered with a heart full of Love.. That radiant smile and your trademark melodic laughter will bring a smile to my face and heart whenever I think of you. I love you, forever and a day.

Losing a loved one is so sad and our comfort comes from knowing that love transcends time and space.
Happy memories keep us connected until we meet again.
Many blessings for Helen’s journey home and for Bennie, family, and friends who will cherish the memories.

I just adored Helen from the day we met. She was a beautiful lady.
I will miss her radiant smile, fun spirit and exchanging books and discussing them. Also her presence at our ladies birthday lunches and other gatherings.
Although, she is no longer with us in the physical, her spirit & memories will remain.
Bennie, sometimes our time with love ones is cut short, but we must be grateful for the time that we did have, and cherish that we had the opportunity to experience true love.
My prayers are with you and the family.

Bennie,
I’m so sorry for your loss but very happy that you got to share real love and companionship with Helen. We are not always as blessed as you two in life.
I will not be in town on the day of her memorial but you and your family will be in our prayers!
