Jose Ricardo Ledo, 68, the ultimate adventurer from Plantation, FL, who took his final flight on May 10th after a wild ride with open heart surgery.
Born March 19th in Havana, Cuba, to Amado and Epifania Ledo, he navigated life like a pro from the get-go.
After graduating from Hialeah High, he soared into the skies as a pilot and dabbled in entrepreneurship like a true maverick.
In 1977, love hit him harder than turbulence when he met Ana at Pete & Lenny’s Bar. Together, they spawned a trio of mini-Ledos: Ricardo, Daniel, and David.
When not flying high, Ricardo found joy in the wind tousling his hair as he zipped around on his motorcycle with his brothers and sisters in their motorcycle club.
