He was an amazing Godfather to our daughter, Elizabeth Reid-Kluck and Uncle to our other children, and a great friend. He always made us laugh and always stayed in touch. Family was so important to him and he loved hard. He’ll forever be missed. Our deepest condolences to his wife, daughter and rest of the familia…

Robert, I Love you and miss you. Lisa sorry for your loss, Charles sorry for your loss and other family members sorry for your loss. Robert and I go back a few years. We met playing sports at Driftwood 55 years ago. We played T-Ball for the Maroon Goons for three years. Then we moved up too little league, Robert played for Taft and I played for Sonny’s Pizza for four years. We played flag football for the Green Bay Packers for three years. Then we moved up to 80-pound tackle football. We played together for two years and that was the end of my football days. With all my gear on I weighed a whopping 65 pounds. Robert was faster and stronger than I was, so he continued playing for several more years. We played soccer together on the same teams all the way until 1983. We had a lot of fun playing sports together and hanging out together as time passed. Lots of memories and photos of us together. Even though we chose different careers in life we remained friends through all of it. I love you, Robert. We will have to wait a while until we can have that 40-yard dash rematch. When we do we have to decide if we want to run it, walk it, or close our eyes and open them to see who can see 40 yards first.
