Obituary of Sandee M. Azzara

Sandee Azzara, born on July 11th, 1949, to Raymond and Virginia Lumpkin, has sadly passed away in Hollywood, Florida, on Saturday, December 6th, 2025.

Sandee lived her life with kindness, warmth, and a deep love for people. She was vibrant and wonderfully outgoing—never meeting a stranger and always ready with a smile or a helping
hand. She loved being out and about, visiting with others, and truly being seen and known. As a grandmother and great-grandmother, she was loving, proud, and cherished by her family. Her joyful spirit, generous heart, and lively presence will be remembered always.

Sandee shared many years of her life with her former husband, Allan, who remained an important part of her life even after their split. Though he passed before her, she always held love for him and cherished their enduring bond.

In addition to Allan, Sandee was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Steve Lumpkin, her daughter Machelle Peake, and her beloved dog, Meishka.

Sandee is survived by her son Eric (Suyapa), as well as her grandchildren Nicole (Trent), Lucas (Lauren), Nico, Carly, and her great-grandchild Abigail.

At Sandee’s request, there will not be a traditional funeral. Instead, we will hold a joyful celebration of life sometime in January 2026.

(Trent) Sandee was a great vibrant woman. She cared so much for my wife Nicole and her only great grand daughter Abigail. She consistently told us she finally got her girly girl as Abigail loves makeup, earrings and high heels.

She was always be in my memories because of her great heart. No matter our differences she always went out of her way to show me her love towards our little family.

I can credit her for Nicole and my relationship because she was helping. I remember so many things.

She will be celebrated as everything mentioned and more.

I will always love you Sandee, you meant so much to a lot of people
