Sylvernise Direny affectionately known as “Dane”, age 94, of Hollywood, Florida, passed away February 16, 2026. She was born in Port De Paix, Haiti on May 8, 1931 to the late Aristheme Direny and Igenie Sainvil.

She is survived by her children: Desir Direny, Marie Lourdes Lovinsky, Idanna (Herard) Belizaire and Alain (Dieudonne) Direny; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister, Marietta Direny; brother, Achilles (Marie) Direny and a loving, extended family.

Visitation and Service are to be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
