Chris Olson, 50, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away on July 19, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. His life was a vibrant one — full of sunshine, family, and the simple joys that meant everything to him.

Chris lived with a heart wide open. He adored his wife, Beth, and their children, Reilly and Emma, who were the center of his world. Whether he was cheering them on, planning the next family adventure, or simply sitting beside them on a quiet evening, Chris made sure they always felt deeply loved and supported.

He is survived by his wife, Beth Olson, children Reilly and Emma Olson, parents, Russ and Debbie Olson, and his brother, Preston Olson, who will forever carry his memory with them.

The beach was his happy place. Chris found peace in the rhythm of the waves and excitement in surfing them. He loved the feeling of sand under his feet, the ocean breeze, and the freedom of being near the water. When he wasn’t by the shore, he was watching sports — any sports — with the same enthusiasm and joy he brought to everything else. And nothing lit him up quite like a trip to Disney World, where he embraced the magic with childlike wonder and created countless memories with his family.

Chris’s life was a celebration in itself. He had a gift for making people feel welcome, for turning ordinary days into something special, and for reminding everyone around him what truly matters: love, laughter, and time spent together. His spirit was warm, steady, and full of life — and it will continue to shine through the people who loved him most.

A celebration of Chris’s life will be held on Sunday, July 26, from 2–4 PM at Boyd-Panciera Funeral Home, 1600 North University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida.
