February 28, 1961~July 24, 2026

Randy Joseph Archer, 65, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2026, after a courageous battle with COPD and emphysema.
Born on a cold winter day in February in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Randy was the youngest of three children and, by his own admission, quite the hellraiser. At the age of 16, following the loss of his father, he moved to Miami Beach, Florida, where he would build both his life and career. Randy was a kind, loving, generous, and deeply spiritual man. An entrepreneur at heart, he successfully owned and operated R.J. Archer & Sons Painting and Remodeling and First Class Car Wash. He also enjoyed a successful career as a Realtor and mortgage broker with Wimbish-Riteway Real Estate in Miami Beach. Those who knew Randy will remember his charm, quick wit, handsome smile, and remarkable ability to connect with people. He was resilient, hardworking, and possessed an extraordinary talent for reinventing himself throughout life’s many seasons. Above all, Randy treasured his family. He loved his children and grandchildren beyond measure and found his greatest joy in spending time with them.
Life brought Randy more than his share of heartbreak. In 2017, he lost his beloved daughter, Samantha Lindsay, a loss that forever changed him and left an immeasurable void in his heart. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Randy and his girlfriend, Stacey, embarked on an RV journey across America, creating treasured memories together. Tragically, Stacey passed away in 2023. Despite the profound losses he endured, Randy remained optimistic, compassionate, and full of humor. His unwavering faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, sustained him through his darkest days and gave him strength, hope, and peace. His steadfast belief was the foundation of his life.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Ada and Joseph Archer; his beloved daughter, Samantha Lindsay.

He is survived by his sister, Judy (Wayne) Tozer; his brother, Douglas Archer; his daughter, Christen Nicole Archer (Brandon Lee); his son, Brandon Ross Archer; his grandchildren, George Louis Wickman and Madison Aivie Lee; his beloved Aunt Vera and Uncle Allen; and his devoted companion, Susan Friefeld, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him greatly.
Randy will be remembered for his generous heart, infectious sense of humor, unwavering faith, and enduring love for his family. His legacy of resilience, kindness, and perseverance will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
