This is a well and long time deserve review. My first time using a funeral home and the best experience. I contacted Boyd to inquiry about packages to prepare ahead of time. Through their services I got a double lot at the cemetery and two services. Plenty of time to pay for them. Unfortunately my father passed away a few months later (Apr 2022) and my mother a year later (May 2023). Boyd took care of everything. I'm so grateful for the love a care I received from every employee. Especial thanks to Mary who was there from beginning till end but also Cathy who took over for a bit while Mary was out. I truly recommend this funeral home, they're truly family.

Words cannot express my families gratitude for this funeral home. We preplanned my grandma's funeral which we had yesterday. Having the opportunity to preplan gave us the ability to shop around to see who would be the best fit. From the day I called this home I knew it was right. They really care. This is not just a business to them, they made sure every step from the planning to the day of was perfect. The facility itself is so homey and comfortable. Contacted Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care after we were advised that our mom was not going to be able to recover and was on the last stages of her wonderful life. Michael, David, Mary and all of the staff at Boyd-Panciera were so caring and respectful and worked with us to make this difficult moment a much easier experience. They were also gracious enough to allow us to see our mom for a few moments at the funeral home. Thank you very much for everything knowing our mom was well taken care of.

I never expected or was ever prepared for the death of my mother. This was the first time I experienced death of this magnitude and had to be the captain of planning my mom's final moments. I never before planned a funeral or participated in a funeral planning. So, I didn't know where to start. I visited 2 funeral homes prior to visiting Boyd-Panciera. The moment I stepped in Boyd-Panciera and was greeted by Cathy, I said to myself and my friend who accompanied me, I feel like this is the one. Cathy was very sincere, empathetic, and demonstrated genuine care and compassion. Qualities I appreciated during my grief and mourning. The previous funeral homes I visited expressed business type behavior and not so much genuine empathy. I received support, patience, and guidance from Cathy and Mark throughout this whole process from beginning to end. They are wonderful and made me feel at ease even during the worst time of my life. If you are looking for a very caring, organized, compassionate, structured, friendly people and environment, then Boyd-Panciera is definitely the place you want to choose during that difficult time. I really appreciate their service and support which made the worst time of my life more bearable.
