Ada Margarita Lay age 92 of Miramar, Florida, passed away at her residence surrounded by her family on February 9, 2023. She was born in Guanabacoa, Cuba on July 31, 1930 to the late Enrique and Margarita Garcia.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Teresita Garcia.

Ada is survived by her husband of 64 years, Oscar A. Lay; her daughter, Margarita (Ramon) Palacio; son-in-law, Rigoberto Garcia; grandchildren: Eric (Vivian) Palacio, Kristen Palacio, Nicole (Danny) Cardona, Humberto (Shakira) Garcia, Jose Manuel (Claudia) Garcia and Rickie (Elyse) Garcia and great-grandchildren: Erin Palacio, Jayden Cardona, Aria Cardona, Jax Garcia, Liv Garcia, Caleb Garcia, Humberto Garcia, Liana Garcia and Rafael Garcia.

Funeral Mass to be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Edward Catholic Church, 19000 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33028.

Immediately followed by Graveside Service at Miami Memorial Park, 6200 SW 77th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33143.
