Adelaida Juana Hernandez Rodriguez, age 97, of Hollywood, Florida, passed away at her residence, surrounded by her family on February 20, 2022. She was born in La Habana, Cuba on June 24, 1924 to the late Lorenzo Hernandez and Mercedes Rodriguez.

She was also preceded in death by her son, Carlos Lopez Hernandez.

Adelaida is survived by her husband of 70 years, Francisco Jose Gomez Munarriz; sons: Wenceslao Lopez Hernandez, Francisco Jesus Gomez Hernandez, Jose Maria Gomez Hernandez, Vladimir Gomez Hernandez and Juan Carlos Gomez Hernandez and his wife, Barbara; grandchildren: Carlos Lopez, Johan Lopez, Joel Lopez, Janyladys Gomez, Sandy Gomez, Adelaida Gomez and Yeiman Gomez and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation to be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 7:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
