Alexander Owen Maragh, better known to all his friends and family as “Tinny” or “Chiney Man”, passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 52.
He was born to Adonis and George Maragh in Saint Catherine, Jamaica on February 22, 1969. He is survived by his mother, wife, 2 daughters, 13 siblings, 37 nieces and nephews and many other family and close friends. He was well known for his cabinetry and cooking skills, as well as being an excellent domino player.
Tinny will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
A Public Visitation will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 beginning at 12:00 PM with a Religious and Tributes of a Lifetime starting at 12:30 at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida 33024.

Condolences to the Maragh family. Words cannot describe how sad I am. Tinny was such a kindhearted and loving person. He was always smiling. He would always greet me with a hug and ask me if I am okay. He would ask me you eat already, go get some food man. Tinny loved to cook and play dominoes. I know you will be up there cooking and playing dominos. Sleep in peace my dear friend adopted brother. We will surely miss you.

Our deepest Condolences to the Maragh family at this time.
Calvin and myself were so shocked when we heard the passing of Tinny.
Calvin and Tinny worked very close together and would sit on their lunch break and talk and of course Tinny would give jokes. There are days Calvin came home and would tell me the things Tinny did at work, I would laugh as I know Tinny and his jokes.
When Calvin and myself go places and Tinny is there, as we arrive the first thing he would say go and get something to eat, or he would say Marcia what you want to drink. He is always looking out for us.
There are times Tinny would call Calvin and tell him to come by the house because he’s barbecuing and if he sees certain time and Calvin doesn’t show up, he would call Calvin and ask him if he’s not coming by. That’s the type of person Tinny was, a very kind hearted person.
Tinny you are surely going to be missed and I know Calvin is going to miss you dearly because he already said it.
