Daddy, I love and miss you so much. I did not know you would have left us so soon. You kept telling us how tired you were and that you were ready to go “home”, and still we thought we would have had more time together. You have left us a love and beautiful memories which will never be forgotten. Sleep on daddy, until that great reunion, when we all meet again. Love you always…”Sweet Mouth”.

Daddy,
It is such a blessing to have had you as our beloved dad. You were always there, and wanted the best for us. We could call on you for comfort and encouragement whenever we were feeling challenged, and you would encourage us not to worry. We remembered when we lived in Michigan and both the boys were sick, how worried and concerned you were for us. You not only told me what I needed to do to help them get well, but you made sure that we would have the necessary home remedies to care for them when you sent a package from New York, even though I had told you that they were available in our city. That’s the caring and loving dad you were who always put our needs above yours. Even when you were not feeling well yourself, and that’s what makes you so extra special.
We love and will miss you dearly, but we know that we will be together when Jesus comes again.
Love you alwas! Your daughter Claudine Fong-Chung Williams.

To the family–with deep sympathy for the lost of your love one–who was Husband, Father, Grandfather. Papa, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, Brother-in-Law, Friend, Co-Worker… from reading the memories from his daughters and grandson’s and neighbor- one can get a glimpse of Mr. Fong-Chung beautiful spirit. I honor his memory. Although I never got to know him on a personal level. I was certainly aware that he was a man of strength and devoted to his family. May The Good Lord continue to grant you all perfect peace and understanding during this time of sorrow and gratitude for the special years he was part of your lives. God Bless You All!

Dear Daddy,
I will always remember and cherish the times that we had together, like watching W.W.E. Wrestling on Saturday nights. Even though we both knew that it was completely fake, ha! ha! :- I will always appreciate the phone calls we shared together every week during those last few months we had to talk to each other. I”m so sorry that I couldn’t be there with you at the end, I really wanted to see you but mid-terms were that week and there was no way for me to change my schedule on such short notice to be with you. I’ll always be saddened that I could not say goodbye to you in person, but I will be full of joy when I see you again at the gates of Heaven.
I Love You Daddy, Now And Forever. And thank you for the support you gave me as I started college, I’m just sorry that you won’t be there to see me grow into a man.
Love You Always David:-

To the family and many friends of Alvin Fong – Chung; In this time of sadness; There are no words I could really come up with to soothe the soul.I can only from a distance remain silent as a show of respect for a fallen Giant. A father who I can only vision, sleeping at the entrance door on the ground floor while his family sleeps peacefully upstairs.A true symbol of love for his family. May his soul rest in peace.

Grandpa, I am glad that I got the opportunity to meet you before you passed. You held my hand that day for hours as we talked and caught up on the years that we missed with each other. You are truly an inspiration to me. I promise to carry on the Fong-Chung name for as long as I live & to tell further generations of our family history. Love you, RIP Grandpa.
