Ana Eyda Torres was born on July 26th, 1936 to her parents Pedro Rogelio Gorrín and Maria De Los Angeles Gorrín, and passed away on March 20th, 2023, at the age of 86.

She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved and feared the Lord.

Her zest for life and vibrant personality attracted many friends over the years wherever she called home, in Cuba as well as in South Florida. She was a faithful prayer warrior who loved spending her afternoons playing Parcheesi and drinking Cuban coffee with the love of her life, Juan.

She was preceded in death by her husband Juan Torres and is survived by her sister Nilde Acosta, her children, Gleyda Busto and Juan Carlos Torres, her grandchildren Jennifer, Mario, Melanie, and Amaly, as well as her great grandchildren, Ella, Aria, and Haven.
