Campanella, Anthony, 89, of Plantation, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, November 19, 2012. He served in the Marines and was a WWII Veteran, who later in life became a Superintendent for John Burns Construction Company. He was preceded in death by his son, James Campanella. Anthony leaves behind his devoted wife, Angeline; his daughters who love him dearly, Elizabeth Monteleone and her husband, Ray and Carmelynn Bragiel and her husband, Jerry; his loving granddaughter, Tara Monteleone-McGinn and her husband, Michael; his adored grandsons, Nicholas Anthony Monteleone and his wife, Aagje, Justin Randolph Bragiel and Matthew James Bragiel and his wife, Sidney; and great-grandchildren, Megan, Ashlyn, Caitlin, Evangelyne and Sophia. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 23, from 2-4 p.m. & 6-9 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 3:00 p.m. and a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 7:30 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Dr. Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, November 24, 11:00 a.m. at St. Gregory Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Uncle Tony, I am blessed to call you my Uncle. I was blessed in comming into your family 21 years ago when I married your sisters son, Albert, I have heard beautiful storys from Albert about you & your family that you & Aunt Angie has created, as I see it, You Uncle Tony, has made My Albert into the man he is today, I Thank God that My Albert had an Uncle like you.
