My dear grandson Anthony
My heart is broken that you were taken so soon. The only consolation I have is that you are with grandpa and wrapped safely in the arms of Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
I wish that you would have stayed with Ken and me and maybe had a better chance, but that was not meant to be. Until I see you, grandpa and Uncle Michael again, I will pray for you as I have prayed every night since you and your brothers were born.
Rest in Peace Anthony. I love you, Grandma💔

Anthony, I remember the day that I met you. You were living in Wilton Manors. You and your brothers, Gage and Raenyn, were playing in the pool. You took the time out to come over to meet me. You were full of life with a bit of mischief. You had ambitions. You were excited about Karate and playing your drums. This is the way that I choose to remember you. Rest in peace young man.

I have a pretty good memory for people I’ve encountered; faces, first and last names. Might be weird, but sometimes I go back and look up the names of kids I was in class with in elementary school and stuff. I went to elementary and was in class with Anthony, and I remember him having a really bad nose bleed and helping him to the nurses office. We laughed, talked about his little brother Gage and my little sister (around the same age). I thought when I looked his name up, I’d come across an instagram and maybe be able to reconnect. But instead, I sadly found a GoFundMe with pictures of this super cool kid I once played basketball with, and considered my friend. I’m 21 now, I know Anthony would’ve been around the same age as me, and although I haven’t seen him since like 3rd/4th grade, it saddens me to know he isn’t here to experience 21 himself. My condolences and prayers to all of the family/friends. And R.I.P Anthony.
