Barbara A. Simons, 78, a long time resident of Hollywood, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, April 15, 2016, under the care of Seasons Hospice. Barbara was born on November 26, 1937, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Joseph Bragman and Sadye Shapiro. She achieved her Doctorate Degree and provided her services as a Spiritual Healer. Preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Simons. Survived by her children, Indee Rapp (Lenny), David J. Simons (Stayce) and Jodi Osborne (Chip). Also survived by her pride and joy, her 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Barbara M. Simons and family. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2016, starting at 10:00 a.m. with Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 11:00 a.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood 33024. Urn Committal will follow at Temple Beth El Memorial Gardens, Davie, FL.
