Charles H. Langley, age 78, of Davie, Florida, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Monday, September 17, 2018. Charles was born in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Catherine Lutzen Hooper. After graduating high school he enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard and proudly served this country until his honorable discharge. He continued his education and completed a Bachelor’s degree. He married the love of his life, Catherine and together raised their lovely family. His memory will always be cherished by his wife of 53 years, Catherine Langley; son, Terry M. (Catherine) Brown; daughter, Lyndia Mitcham; brother, Lee (Susan) Langley; 13 adored grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 21st, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, September 22nd, at Parkway Christian Church, followed by interment at Lauderdale Memorial Park Cemetery.
