Rubeo, Charlotte Frances, 77, cherished wife of Casper, was called Home by her Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 16, 2005, after a miraculous and valiant 5 year battle with Ovarian Cancer. All who knew and cared for her during her illness were deeply moved by her kind and gentle ways and her example of faith. She was formerly the widow of Edward Grace, with whom she raised their 9 children, whose hearts now ache at her departure and who will treasure their memories of her unselfish love. Blessed with a once-in-a lifetime love with her devoted husband Capser Rubero, she is intensely missed by him and is also survived by his 4 children, their combined 33 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Charlotte was a devout and spirit-filled Catholic whose grace, love and strength touched many lives. Friends may visit from on Tuesday from 6 – 9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 & 6-9 PM, at Boyd’s University Dr. Chapel. There will be a Prayer Service 7:30 PM, Tuesday and again on Wednesday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10:00 AM, Thursday at St. Edwards Catholic Church.
