It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we are announcing the passing of Christian Kent Uecker.

Christian Kent Uecker passed away at the age of 28 on January 11, 2021.  He is survived by his devoted mother Kelly Butler-Uecker, loving father Dr. Jeffery Craig Uecker, and admiring sister Kaylee Christine Uecker.

Christian’s generosity and kind heartedness ran deep in the community, as well as with his loved ones. His involvements with various Sports Organizations throughout South Florida allowed him to entertain enthusiastic fans and showcase his spirit, talent, and unwavering love of the game.

Christian will be dearly missed, as he touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know his kind and gentle soul. His innocent and unconditionally loving spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew him, and his legacy will leave a lasting impression on those who were graced by his heart of gold.

We would like to announce that we are holding both a church service and Celebration of Life to honor Christian’s memory on March 14th, 2021. The service will begin at 2:00 pm at United Methodist Church, 400 N 35th Avenue, Hollywood Florida 33021.  Celebrations to follow at Christian’s favorite restaurant, Shenanigans (East Side), 1300 S. Federal Highway, Dania Beach, Florida 33004.

We are asking everyone to come to both the church and the restaurant wearing their favorite sports team Jersey or T- shirt.
