Snider , Clara, nee Neber, 97, died Friday, July 9 in Tamarac, FL after a brief illness. Beloved mother of Cynthia Greene-Eason Mitch of Hollywood, FL and Fran Hesser Fred of Babb, MT; grandchildren Jill Ammerman Robert of Beverly Farms, MA, Ross Greene Melissa of Chestnut Hill MA, Greg Greene Donna of Hollywood, FL Janet Bochner Mark of South Miami, Fl., Stephen Snider Dawn of Atlanta, GA, Michael Snider Kelly of Denver, CO, and Patrick Hesser Jessica of Bozeman, MT, as well as 11 great grandchildren and daughter-in-law Gail Margol Joel. Clara was born in Rovno, Russia in 1907 and immigrated to Boston after World War I, where she met and married Herman. They moved to Coral Gables in 1957, where they operated Egyptian Chemical Company now U.S. Chemical for many years. Predeceased by husband Herman Snider, son Dr. Mark Snider, brothers Al and Jack Neber. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Florida Lung Association of South Florida, 2020 South Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 of which Clara’s son, Dr. Mark Snider , was a former President.
