Clarence Horace Parks III
March 24, 1973- August 18 ,2023

Clarence Horace Parks III, age 50 of Miami, Florida, was called home, Friday, August 18, 2023. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Clarence Horace Sr. and Anna Parks, and his maternal parents Ozie Boykin and Mary Boykin.

Clarence, was often referred to as “Sam” by his family and friends. He as born on March 24, 1973 in Homestead, Florida to Clarence Parks Jr. and Rosa Boykin-Pearson. He was employed as VP / Director of IT at Jushi and sat on the board of directors for  Healing Broken Souls, a non profit organization that provides resources to young adults who age out of the foster care system. He was a warmhearted, devoted, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was a talented musician who enjoyed many different genres and was passionate about the beach because of the peace and serenity he encounter on his morning walks along the shore.

Clarence is survived by his 4 daughters: Jasiah Parks, Karisa Corniel, Alexandria West and Kristian West, 3  sons: Syoni Parks, Jasani Parks and Xavier Corniel, his beloved ex-wife Bernadette Corniel his loving parents, Rosa Boykin and stepfather Paul Pearson of Florida and father and stepmother, Clarence and Blanca Parks of Texas, 2 sisters, Kita Parks and Tika Stoddard, married to Beau Stoddard of Colorado, 2 brothers, Tommy Parks and wife Candra of North Carolina, and Cody Parks and wife Crystal of Colorado. Also in mourning are his 9 grandchildren, 17 neices and nephews, and several beloved God children, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
