Jurzyk, Denise M., age 84, a long time resident of Ft. Lauderdale, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. She was born on January 5, 1931, in Waterbury, CT. She was the daughter of the late Henri Fontaine and Alice Therien Fontaine. She is survived by her children, Robert Jurzyk, Donna Carney, Debbie Jurzyk, Michael Jurzyk; and granddaughter, Paula McDowald. Per her request no service will be held.
