Dr. Daniel Denis Laroche Sr. MD
Daniel D. Laroche age 88 of Dania Beach, Florida passed away on November 26, 2020. He was born on February 7, 1932 in Jacmel, Haiti. As a child he viewed the cruise ships off the coast of Jacmel dreaming of doing this one day. He was very bright and studious and graduated from medical school in Haiti. He migrated to Montreal, Canada and did his residency in Internal Medicine where he met and fell in love with Lise Beaulieu and got married. They moved to New York City and he pursued another residency in Anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Hospital becoming double board certified. They had three children; Daniel, Josee, and Manon all of whom are successful professionals.
Daniel worked at Jamaica Hospital in New York City for 25 years as an Anesthesiologist, a profession he loved. He then retired and moved to Dania Beach were he called home for over 23 years. Throughout his life he achieved his childhood dream of traveling and cruising around the world. He was married 55 years with his beloved wife Lise. Daniel will be remembered for his commitment to academic excellence, integrity, and patience. Although he was taken too soon he will always be remembered in the hearts of those who loved him.
