Dr. Sam Horowitz 76 of Cooper City, Florida passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Horowitz; 2 sons: Zachary Horowitz and Gideon Horowitz; granddaughters: Jazmyn Horowitz and Leia Horowitz; grandson, Emmet Horowitz and sister, Julie Beth Herbert and her husband, Frank Herbert.

He will be Missed and was Loved by so many.
