Nelson, Jr., Edward M., 64, of Hollywood Lake Forest passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2004. He is survived by his beloved wife Susan, two sons; Todd and Troy Nelson, four daughters; Peggy Samples, Pamela Ott, Cynthia Nelson-Augustine, Suzanne Nelson and 12 grandchildren. Ed was a faithful employee of Southern Wine and Spirits of Miami for 28 years. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, October 9, 2004 at Grace Church, 3761 NW 94th Avenue, Hollywood, FL at 4:00 PM.
