Elsy Ondina Stromberg age 73 of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away May 16, 2023. She was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador on February 25, 1950 to the late Omar Castro and Belgica Munoz de Castro.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Piedad Dominguez.
Elsy is survived by her husband of 31 years, Bennett Stromberg; son, Christopher Fleites and his wife, Daniela; step-daughter, Kirsten Stromberg Myers and her husband, Dave; grandchildren: Ricky Fleites and Cathryne Fleites; brother Carlos Castro and his wife, Ana Maria and sisters: Miriam Rosero, Susana Castillo and Janeth Castro.
Visitation to be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
Funeral Mass to be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 10:45 AM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 5601 S. Flamingo Road, Southwest Ranches, Florida 33330.
Followed by Graveside Service at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 NW 57th Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida 33014.
