So sorry to hear of Floyd's passing. I received the word from George Padalec and we were all newhires at Tower Air. Floyd was a C-141 guy, as was I, and we would talk about the Military Airlift Command world on our layovers. He'll be missed by all who knew him. Dan Todd

Been taking me a really long time to even put words together… How do you talk to the world and tell them that the man you always thought was your superman is gone… How do you tell the world that your best friend, your mentor, your father is no longer here…
You can't pick up the phone and call them anymore… You can't laugh and joke with them anymore… You can't hear them give you advice anymore… Quite frankly just can't hear their voice anymore…
I appreciate and thank God that you were my father… I am hurting but I know if you were here… you would tell me to get it together… I'll try…. but I can't promise you…lol
I Love You… as much as we talked on the phone all the time… we never said that but still knew we did…!!! Rest Easy Sir!

Rest in peace my dear friend. We had some great times together while flying for Eastern Airlines 1980-19-85. When we were not in the air we were always on the basketball court shooting hoops. Condolences to your lovely family and beautiful wife Sonia. We will always remember your great smile and friendly manner. We all will miss you dearly. God bless your family! Lots of Love!

Floyd:
You will greatly missed but not forgotten. I had the pleasure to meet Floyd when he was with Tower Air and our friendship carried over from there. We were also working together in dealing with aircraft in many different phases. So here is to the Big Guy in The Sky, Floyd Curry Jr.

Missing you Floyd.
We had a lot of flight hours flying the Boeing 747 together all over the world and enjoyed every minute of it. Very knowledgeable and an excellent pilot but most of all a great friend!
