We are sad to announce that Fulvio Sardelli Sr. age 70 of Hollywood, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 30th, 2022 surrounded by those most special to him. Born on January 3rd, 1952 in S. Apollinare, Frosinone, Italy  the son of the late Luigi and Maria Sardelli.

Fulvio is survived by his wife of 50 years Carmela, his children Melissa (Orestes)  and Fulvio Jr, Stephanie Gravina and grandchildren; Fulvio Mauro, Olivia, Sofia and Angelina. Also Fulvio leaves behind two sisters; Lucietta and Marisa and brother Mauro.

Fulvio and Carmela started their life in Montreal, Canada, before moving to South Florida to pursue the American dream. His legacy began in 1982 at Fulvio’s Restaurant in Davie, Florida and continues as a staple in Hollywood to this very day.  He will always be remembered as a true restauranteur.

Sadly we have lost a real gentleman who has impacted so many and has left an impression that will be felt forever.

For a man of few words, his wisdom resonated to all.

On behalf of the Sardelli family, Fulvio’s wishes will be honored as there will be no funeral or services.
