Gene Lee age 79 of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away at his residence, surrounded by his family on September 10, 2022. He was born on November 24, 1942 in Christiana, Jamaica to the late Oscar and Evelyn Lee.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lesley Carolann Lee; children: Richard (Margarite) Lee, Simone (Ricardo) Ardito, Shima (Kevin) Carter, Chad (Raquel) Lee and Darren (Natalie) Boxer; several grandchildren and brother, William (Carol) Stewart.
Memorial Mass to be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 21, 2022 at St. Benedict’s Episcopal Church, 7801 NW 5th Street, Plantation, Florida 33324.
In lieu of flowers, a collection will be taken to support Gene’s favorite charity.
Per The Lee Family’s wishes, those of you who will be in attendance to the funeral we ask that you please wear bright colors in honor of Gene’s memory.

Uncle Gene i will cherish all those great memories when we were kids and you would take us to the beach and also catch shrimp in the rivers. Your legacy will live on through your children.
