Gilbert Louis Velazquez, Jr. age  65, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away at his residence on January 6, 2026. He was born in New York, New York on April 22, 1960 to the late Laudelina Oliva and Gilbert Velazquez.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Samantha Velazquez; grandchildren: Andrew M. Ruiz and Kayla M. Ruiz and his brothers: Kenneth Velazquez and Edward Velazquez.
