De L’Etoile, Gill Eirikur, 49, of Pembroke Pines passed away Tuesday, June 7. He is survived by his loving wife Janet, son’s Erik and James, daughter Brittany, mother Gudrun De L’Etoile, brother Ronald De L’Etoile, sisters Maryann Phillips, and Linda De L’Etoile. Friends may visit from 6:30 – 7 PM with a Tributes of a Lifetime and Funeral Service at 700 PM Tuesday at Boyd’s Hollywood Blvd. Chapel.

Gill and I were classmates in highschool.
Although many years have passed I have always remembered his kindness toward everyone he met.

In 1999, Gill, Janet and the children visited Kirby and Dottie in Lake City and Gill came over to help with a building project. This was the last time we saw Gill. He was a good father, husband, and a great person to know. We will remember him with fondness and love.
Our prayers go out to the De L’Etoile family – to Janet and the children and to Gill’s family from Iceland.
