Harrison (Harry) Wise Maddock, age 60, of Oakland Park, Florida fell into eternal sleep on March 7, 2023. He was preceded in death by his brother, Captain Frederick McKendry, II “Ken”; father, Frederick McKendry Maddock; mother, Dolores “Dee” Ellison; stepfather, Eugene “Gene” Ellison; step-brothers: Patrick Ellison and his wife, Betty and Eugene John “John” Ellison and stepsisters: Susie DeGrandchamp and Kathy Hope.

Harry is survived by his sister, Julie Bade and her husband, Michael; stepsister, Linda Astemborski and her husband, Henry; stepbrothers: Rick Ellison and his wife, Debbie and Dan Ellison and his wife, Debbie; sister-in-law, Kathy Ellison; many nieces, nephews, and a loving extended family.

Born in Detroit, Michigan on February 14, 1963, he grew up in Grosse Pointe Woods and Hillsdale, Michigan.  After High School, Harry moved to Ft. Lauderdale to sow his entrepreneurial spirit.  It wasn’t long before he started what turned out to be a successful air conditioning business.  He humbly touched so many lives with his compassion, generosity, and true friendship.  His friends became his clients, and his clients became friends.  Harry loved to travel, especially on cruises and entertain.  He loved his many dogs; especially Neiman and Marcus who will miss him dearly.
