Howard James Stumpp, age 84, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away October 20, 2021. He was born in Bronx, New York on September 28, 1937. He served for many years as a train conductor for the New York Transit Authority.

He is survived by his wife: Gayssie Stumpp; daughter: Zulma Lugo, and her husband, Al; grandsons: J.R. Lugo, Jakejames Lugo and Adonis Lugo; great-granddaughter: Gayssie Lugo and brothers: Eddie Stumpp and Herbie Stumpp.
