Jack was always surrounded by love.  He was such a loving man and he never met a stranger.  His first line was always “Where are you from originally?” then the conversation would go on. Jack was the most Godly man I know and was a Deacon and Sheridan Hills Baptist Church.  He served our county proudly as a Naval Corp School graduate from 1951-1955 and loved he did.  In 1958, Jack and his first wife, Bernice moved to Margate, Florida where they already had some relatives living there.  They first loved Florida and enjoying having and bringing up their family there.  Not long after coming to Florida, jack was hired by Winthrop Pharmaceuticals (now Sanofi Aventis) as a Pharmacy Sales Representative and retired after 34 years.  He enjoyed his job so much that it really wasn’t a job to have him at all.  When Jack was 10 years of in WV, his older brother taught him how to play tennis and he entered several tournaments that he won.  He loved tennis and still played until his 70’s.  He was very good at it and people would ask him all the time to play.  Basketball was also a sport that Jack played on a traveling team when he was in middle school.   Jack would try to master each sport event he was in and loved it.

Jack’s love, faith and humor will sadly be missed by all in his life be we are assured he’s with his Savior Jesus, greeting old relatives, friends and waiting for us to join him.

A private family service will held.

Services entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
