Jesus Abel Jimenez passed away in Hollywood, FL on August 14, 2020, at the age of 95. He passed peacefully in his home in the presence of his loving wife and family.

Jesus is lovingly remembered by his family and friends. He was a generous, kind, and compassionate father to his sons Luis and Alberto, daughters-in-law Yeisy and Laura Jimenez, and to his five grandchildren, Veronica, Erika, Adriana, Natalie (diseased), Bryan and Leonardo and his great-grandson Ayden Rodriguez.

Jesus was born on February 5th, 1925, in Bogota, Colombia. He migrated to the United States as a young man. He worked as an expert aircraft mechanic/engineer during his long career extending over 40 years. Jesus was an avid fisherman; he spent his weekends out on his boat along with his sons in search of the big catch.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 beginning at 10:00 AM  at St. Boniface Catholic Church, 8330 Johnson Street, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
