Jill A. Howard, age 67 of Sunrise, Florida passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019. She was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin on Thursday, January 17, 1952.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Leland & Beatrice Weinkauf; sister: Mary Agnes Jorgensen and brothers: Jay Weinkauf and Tim Niegelsen.
Jill is survived by her husband: John C. Howard; and siblings: Gerald Niegelsen, Kathy Dahle, Jeff (Nancy) Weinkauf, John (Donna) Niegelsen, Joe (Nancy) Weinkauf, Jennifer (Richard) Wagner and Sonia (Bob) Beck and a loving extended family.
Memorial Service to be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.

Dear John and family,
The blessing of our encounter occurred at Pavlik Design Team when I was so fortunate to meet the bright light we know as Jill. Always grinning and the calm center of the storm no matter how high the waves of stress rose; she was ever assuring and effervescent. Loaded with personality, a genius of details and an utter joy to be around, she is among those sweet souls that embeds in your heart and remains for life.
