Aunt Peggy and Roslyn,
You are in our thoughts and prayers. Rev. Taylor certainly was great in helping me as a youth growing up in St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church. We will miss his playing the piano, preaching, his sense of humor and most of all, he always had something positive to say. We love you dearly.

Thoughts and prayers are extended to the Taylor family in the loss of Reverend John Taylor. I am grateful for the guidance he gave me as my high school science teacher and later as a colleague in ministry. Family may you be comforted by God’s presence, power, and promises during your time of bereavement.

Prayers have been sent for the family. Be encouraged in the Lord. Mr. “Papa T” was an encouraged and thought for in advance. He made a statement to me, one day you may run for president (me not thinking a black would run or even win) whereas I it brought a tear and the memory after Barack Obama ran & won.
