My deepest condolensces to the Clarke family ……..”Sarah & Ditto” . My years and travels with “Scoutie” and Uncle Johnny are so memorable. They were some of the best times in my young adult years. You pick him up, you lick him down
Him bounce right back
What a hard man fe dead! (Hard man fe dead!)
(Prince Buster, Hard Man Fi Dead, 1967)
The day had to come, but Uncle Johnny lived to thwart the inevitable. His dry appreciation of life’s absurdities has always been a bright example of how to laugh – no matter what. Thanks John. You are missed.

Dear Sarah,
I don’t have the words to say how sorry I am about your dad and one of my best and oldest friends.
I remember when you were born and I suggested to your mom “The Dancing Queen”, that she name
you SARAH from the then popular Hall & Oates song. Although I have not seen you for way too long,
every time I spoke to your dad he would bring me up to date on all you have accomplished and bwoy,
was he so proud of you. He loved you,I mean, totally without any reserve.Adrienne,my wife, and I are
coming down with aunt Rosie. See you then. All our love.Ian & Adrienne MacKenzie

My dear Sarah there are no words that I can say that can ease your pain or capture what you’re going through the loss of your dear father uncle Johnny, he was such an amazing person could always make you laugh, and he had a way with colorful words which times asked him not to use however, that never stopped him. However, he gave of himself to all, and he was especially fond of my husband, Miguel, his nephew my daughter Krystle remembers him well and yourself my condolences to you, your family, and everyone else I do hope you realize that he’s sleeping now that our prayers are with you and that you have the hope I’ve seen him and your mom again soon in the resurrection as his promised in the Bible had John 5 verses 28 and 29. Love you May Jehovah provide you and your family comfort and love and strength each day as you grieve And remember that there is no specific time for grieving as death is very hard for us to live with especially a dear loved one like your father Johnny We love you my dear Sarah And also your family Heather Krystle and Margaret
