Joycelin Smith aka Bibsey was born in Flower Hill Westmoreland, Jamaica to Leah Haughton and Lambert Smith. She worked in various roles most notable as an aid caring for the sick and elderly. She loved to cook and is known for her fried sprat. She is preceded in death by her three children, daughter Juney, sons Evertan and Gary. She is loved and missed by her two daughters Sandy and Bridgette, her grand daughter Oraine, her grandson D’Andre, great grandson Dante and a myriad of friends and family. 

A Public Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10, 2020 from 12:00PM – 2:00 PM with a Religious Service will starting at 1:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
