Tributes:
To LEE….My Brother
A brother they say is an annoying creature who is loyal, sometimes
funny and sarcastic, but a FOREVER Friend. You are forever all that to
me and more. The one who was there for me for all the years of my life
from birth. The one I called for so many occasions in my life good and
bad; you were always there for me. The only one in the WORLD that
could call me “Ro Ro” and get away with it! You will be missed so so
very much but I know where you are there is no more pain. Right now, I
can see you being hugged and welcomed by Eileen and later talking
with Debbie, Peggy, Big Chief, and Daddy! I will always cherish that last
day I saw you and we talked a few days before you transitioned. I am so
glad God gave us that opportunity and I will never forget our
conversation. I will never EVER forget you – always in my heart!
Love you BIG BRO! Your lil (but not so lil) Sis, RO RO! (Rosa)

To My Uncle Lee Lee,
I just want to thank you for being in my life and always being a positive influence. You will truly be missed, and I will always be your “country bumpkin”.
Love Always,
Veronica
I just wanted to acknowledge LeeLee.
He was one of the first people I met when I moved here in 1975. We just moved on Emerson and LeeLee lived at the corner of Laurel and Emerson in the big White House. All that knew him back then know where I’m talking about. I remember he had I believe it was a cougar, and he was dressed like Bootsy Collins. He made me laugh from that day forward! He had a big personality that lit up a room. As years going on from there, he became my ex-husband‘s roommate, and then proceeded to stop by our house almost every Sunday during football season to grab a plate. These memories will remain fond to me and I’m glad he touched my life.
Love Jackie aka more affectionately known as “Dumpling” to LeeLee.
Rest in peace my friend
