Lourdes R. Valdes, age 86 of Davie, Florida, passed away on February 9, 2024. She was born in Havana, Cuba on February 20, 1937 to the late Jose Chao and Nereida Gonzalez.

She was also preceded in death by her her husband, Carlos Valdes and her brother Ed Ferrer.

Lourdes is survived by her sons: Carlos Valdes (Sheila) and Ed Valdes (Susanne); grandchildren: Alex Valdes (Julie), Daniel Valdes (Treasure), Nicholas Valdes and Marissa Valdes and great-grandchildren: Oliver Valdes and Marilyn Bright.
