Manuel Guillermo Palacios

August 15, 1960~October 16, 2022

Manuel Guillermo Palacios Illescas, born August 15, 1960, in Guatemala, entered into rest on October 16, 2022, in Pembroke Pines, FL.

Known as “Chavito” to family and friends, he was a family man who showed unconditional love to everyone around him. Chavito, a loyal Miami Dolphins fan, loved the outdoors as well as visiting his beloved Guatemala. He will be remembered for his generous, faithful heart, and his calming, steady presence.

Chavito was preceded in death by his mother, Hilda Illescas, and his loving wife, Lucy Palacios. He is survived by his three sons, Steve (Nancy), Danny (Kenia), and Michael (Yanairis), as well as grandchildren, sisters, family and friends who loved him dearly. Chavito will be missed tremendously. Let us find comfort in our faith that he is now welcomed into the arms of our Lord.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM with a Funeral Service at 3:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.

I will forever miss you. My heart is broken, our lives will never be the same. You were an amazing brother in law, uncle, husband, father, brother and overall human being. I am certain God was pleased to welcome you into his arms, I just wished it would have taken a littler longer. Te amo para siempre. Please say hi my sister 💔

Edith Bello
