Maria Magdalena Garcia, 92, of Miramar, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in July of 1932 in Placetas, Cuba, Maria was the cherished daughter of Antonio Pestana and Lauriana Enriques. She carried the strength, warmth, and resilience of her Cuban roots throughout her life. A devoted wife, she now reunites in heaven with her beloved husband, Armando Andres Garcia, whom she loved dearly.

Maria’s greatest joy in life was her family. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy in the hearts of her children, Armando Garcia, Domingo Garcia, and Maria Massana, as well as her three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, who will forever treasure the love and wisdom she shared with them.

Her family finds comfort in knowing that Maria’s love will continue to guide them, and her memory will live on in the stories, laughter, and moments they shared together.
