My love, you would have been 40 years young this year. I miss you. Your laughter, your jokes, our talks, and just your presence. I remember it all – moving out of our parents’ house, working, making dinner, and just being innocent in a sense. Just being young adults and not thinking or knowing everything that could happen. I wish there was more social media then; maybe we could have found those people and the law could made them do the time for betraying your trust and preying on your vulnerability. You have been with the Lord for a long time now, and I know you’re dancing in the sky, smiling, and watching over all of us. You were like family, and almost were. We all love you so much, and you are truly missed. Until we meet again, continue to smile, baby girl.
