When Marian married my cousin Lee she brought beauty to our family in so many ways, I looked up to her style and grace even though I was several years younger than she was. We did not see each other often because I lived in Baltimore, but whenever we were able to get together it was a joyous occasion. Of course, our phone conversations were never less than an hour long and she always kept me up to date with the Eggnatz clan. Having Marian as my “special cousin” added such pleasure to my life. I shall miss her
but I’ll think of her with gratitude for being a part of my life.

Marian was such a wonderful and caring woman. I will never forget her. As one of Kristina’s childhood friends, it was incredible to watch her be a grandmother to her 17 grandchildren and her amazing children. I will never forget her coming to pick Kristina and I up from school. May she rest in peace. I know she will be missed immensely.

Mrs. Eggnatz’s love for her family shined throughout my time with her. It has been a pleasure spending time with her and getting to know her, as well as her beautiful family! May you rest in peace and may your family be comforted and reminded during times of sorrow how much you loved them.
