Marian Subryan age 81 of Plantation, Florida, passed away at her residence surrounded by her family on April 8, 2023. She was born in Georgetown, Guyana on October 7, 1941 to the late John and Josephine Persaud.
She is survived by her children: Tara Subryan, Yamala Subryan, Indira Singh, Julie Khelawan and her husband, Rohit Khelawan and Paul Subryan; grandchildren: Shem Subryan and his wife, Rehana Rahaman, Saudia Sital, Jonathan Singh and his wife, Amal Singh, Joanna Singh, Ranji Singh, Nicholas Rupee, Jada Khelawan, Rhea Khelawan, Mya Subryan and Jolie Khelawan and great-grandchildren: Enzo Subryan, Rylee Sital, Zayn Singh, Leon Francis and Keanu Francis.
Visitation to be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
Funeral Mass at 12:00 PM at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 8005 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, Florida 33025.
Graveside Service to follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S. State Road 7, North Lauderdale, Florida 33068.

Dear Yamala,
I am so sorry for your loss. I pray that the Lord will give you and your family comfort during this difficult time. God is with you always and I pray you will find comfort in his words. “1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” Praying for you and your family. I always try to think of the good times when my mother and I spent time together. I block the sad times from my memory. I know she is rejoicing in the Lord in heaven with no pain, no worries. One day we will join her peaceful world.
