There’s not to many you meet in life that you can refer to as true and genuine friends..Doug was one of those people. No matter what,he was always there to help. It seems obvious that God has a computer problem that needed His help so He called Doug home to fix it. My deepest regrets for a friend lost for just a while and my heartfelt condolences are here sent to the Campell family.
“The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will one day end but without knowledge when. So please, tell those that you love and care for, just how special and important they are to you before it’s too late.”
Rest in God’s Peace, DOUG….joe

Doug was always there when we needed him. I use to tease him when he would get a “silly question” call on his phone. He still answered it as if it wasn’t, hang up and then laugh. I’m sure everyone here has a Doug story. He will be deeply missed.

Rose Ann, I just wanted to share with you how beautiful I thought the services were last night. Also, I wanted you to know how many times Doug came to my desk and mentioned over and over how you were taking care of everything for him, He would tell me that you just never stopped. From juicing carrot juice and taking him everywhere he needed or wanted to go. I know you of all people know your love for each other I just wanted to share a story with you. I am so sorry again for your loss. And to Doug jr, and brothers. Doug also shared so many times how hard you worked to help him get that house ready. He would say that every time he would pick something up you guys would insist on helping him. He said one morning he woke up and you three were already started on the house. He was so proud of all of you which you know. He has shared so many stories and I just wanted to let you know.
Sincerley, Kami

Doug,
I regret that our lives did not cross paths more often. We each had busy lives and never seemed to realize how important it was to take the time to visit one another more. It breaks my heart. But I was comforted to know that your kids and RoseAnn were always there for you. Big brother, I will miss you.
RoseAnn, You will always be a part of this family and if you need anything please call. I will be praying for you and think of you often.
I Love you both.

People move in & out of our lives. Some are there for a short time & some remain until God takes us home. Everyone adds something to our lives as they pass through.
I am thankful God allowed Doug to cross my path. He was serious to a fault If it had to do with his job. Fortunately he was also very people oriented and just laughed at me when I became befuddled. I know that I baffled him many times and I don’t mean with my many questions, but with my inability to understand what he said about my computer. I guess he figured he was so computer literate I should be too. He was patient with me and always had a kind word. Whenever I had a need, Doug was there and if he didn’t have an answer he would find one. He taught me to never take my next 5 minutes for granted and to always look forward to my tomorrows.
Thank you Rose Ann for sharing him with me. I will never forget you Dougie and I’m looking forward to seeing you again. Luv ya and miss ya.
Until we meet again. Cee Ya,
Gwen
