Dear Kronk Family,

I was married to the late

Dr.Kenneth W. Keen,D.V.M.Clewiston Animal ClinicClewiston, Fl.

Dr. Kronk was my veterinarian since the 1960’s. We all loved himdearly and will never forget his care to our beloved horses.

While married to Dr. Keen in Clewiston, I once asked Dr. Kronk to stop to see my daughter’s gelding that had a hock injury on his way to release pigeons. He came to visit us and gave me hope., along with his expert AU opinon.

My deceased husband, Doc Keen worked along side Dr. Allen and Dr. Kronk after graduating AU-school of veterinary medicine during the mid 70’s.

Days those left behind will cherish–always.

God Be With Your Family during this time of sadness and loss.

With my deepest condolences,

Sadie

DR. KRONK WAS OUR VET FROM THE VERY FIRST HORSE IN 1994,THAT WAS 15 YRS AGO AND ALOT OF VET VISITS LATER, HE WAS A GOOD OLE FASHION VET. I WAS SCARED OF HIM AT FIRST, BUT THEN WE GOT TO KNOW HIM, HE WAS A FUNNY MAN.{ IF HE COULDN’T FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ONE OF MY HORSES HE WOULD SAY “WELL TERI I GUESS YOU’LL HAVE TO CALL MISS CLEO ON THIS ONE “} AND WE WOULD LAUGH. HE ALWAYS CAME UP WITH A ANSWER THOUGH. HE WAS GOOD NATURED TOO. WHEN MY SIBERIAN HUSKY WAS IN KIDNEY FAILURE AND THERE WAS NOTHING TO BE DONE TO SAVE HIM, WE WANTED HIM TO BE ABLE TO DIE AT HOME BECAUSE HE WAS AFRAID TO GO TO THE CLINIC, DR KRONK CAME AND PUT MY BELOVED DOG TO SLEEP FOR US IN OUR HOME. I WILL NEVER FORGET HIM FOR THIS SIMPLE ACT OF KINDNESS. HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.

Dr. Kronk was a good man, and a good veterinarian. No one could ask for a more honest approach to medicine. It will be impossible to find someone so rich in both veterinary knowledge and plain old common sense. He was the embodiment of our equestrian community and a wonderful character.

A tall mentor of my teenage years, an inspiration and beacon of hope to my sister, myself, our dogs, chickens, goats, sheep, cherished Arabians and family. Dr. Kronk, you saw us through it all, you were there through it all. We could have not done it without you. Thank you for giving for so long, to so many people and to us in so many ways. Talia Star will miss you.. and so will I. You will never be forgotten.
