Miriam Mercedes Mena de Fernandez fue una esposa, madre, abuela, bisabuela y hermana llena de amor y bondad para todos los que la conocieron. Murio el 1ro de Septiembre de 2021, a sus 89 anos en la ciudad de Plantation, Florida. 
Miriam, hija de Juan Rosa Mena y Cristina Franco, nacio el 18 de Agosto de 1932 en Cenovi, Republica Dominicana.
Toco las vidas de tantos, siempre dando lo mejor de si para todos los que la conocieron. Resumir su vida en unas lineas es imposible, mujer noble, cariñosa, inocente, autentica. Hacia sentir a todos bienvenidos y amados, un angel que Dios nos dio el privilegio de tener.
Miriam es sobrevivida por sus hijos, Luis Felipe (Guifi) y Rosa Fernandez, Luis Omar y Ana Josefa Fernandez, Miriam y Rafael Pellerano, Dolly y Rafael Imbert, Neil y Karen Fernandez; 14 nietos, 23 bisnietos, su hermana Milena y un sinnumero mas de familiares que la adoraban.

El funeral será este Viernes, Septiembre 3 de 6:00- 9:00 PM en Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care ubicado en 1600 North University Drive, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 y el entierro sera el Martes, Septiembre 7 a las 12:00PM en Lauderdale Memorial Park, 2001 SW 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315

Miriam Mercedes Mena de Fernandez was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister full of love and goodwill for everyone who knew her. She died September 1st, 2021, at 89 years of age in the city of Plantation, Florida.

Miriam, the daughter of Juan Rosa Mena and Cristina Franco, was born August 18th, 1932, in Cenovi, Dominican Republic.

She touched so many lives, always giving the best of herself to everyone who knew her. Summarizing her life into a few lines of text is impossible, especially for someone so noble, loving, innocent, and authentic, who always made everyone feel welcome and loved. God gave us the privilege of having this angel as our very own. 

Miriam is survived by her children Luis Felipe (Guifi) and Rosa Fernandez, Luis Omar and Ana Josefa Fernandez, Miriam and Rafael Pellerano, Dolly and Rafael Imbert, Neil and Karen Fernandez; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, her sister Milena, and many other adoring family members.

The funeral will be this Friday, September 3rd, from 6:00- 9:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, located at1600 North University Drive, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024. The burial will be September 7th, at 12:00PM at Lauderdale Memorial Park, 2001 SW 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.
