Norbert William Koontz, age 72, passed away January 18, 2021. He was born in Wisconsin.

He was survived by his wife: Dominique Koontz; children: Sean Koontz, John Koontz, Angie Koontz, Brianna Koontz and Tayna Koontz Hoffman; step-shildren: Terrell, Dario, Jovan and Jave and a host of other relatives and friends.
